2021 My Business Consulting DMCC Achievements

We’ve won some fantastic recognition this year. My Business Consulting DMCC was announced the winner of DMCC Consultant Awards 2020 in the following categories:

• Top Performing Consultant – 5th consecutive year,
• Best DMCC Promoter – 3rd year in a row.

We were also highly ranked among Gulf Capital SME Awards as Finalists in 2 categories:

• Entrepreneur of the Year – Keren Jadhav,
• Customer Focus of the Year.

This is an amazing achievement for us!

Where most companies were battening down the hatches and trying to survive financially, we helped almost 500 clients to set their new venture in the UAE. In comparison with last year, there has been a 100% increase in Individual clients and a 30% increase in Corporate clients.

Here are our sales performance results:

• 42% growth in New Company Formation packages sold;
• 36% increase in Free Zone Company Formation;
• 45% increase in new companies, registered in DMCC Free Zone;
• 50% RAKICC companies increase;
• 40% growth in the number of Freelancer Permits issued;
• 100% growth in the number of PRO contracts;
• 132% increase in the number of UAE Residence Visas processed;
• 35% growth of demand for our administrative services like Bookkeeping, VAT Return Submission & Bank Account Opening.

In brief, we reached our business targets in 11 out of 12 months for the first time in the history of My Business Consulting DMCC. Our revenue and sales increased by 36% this year, which is truly remarkable.

In 2021, we have continued to expand our service offerings, and it has been a success! We are now giving our clients the opportunity to open the most popular UAE Residence Visa – Golden Visa. It allows investors to reside, work & set up their businesses with unprecedented benefits granted directly by the UAE Government.

We are also extremely proud of the fact that our CEO, Keren Jadhav, was the first person to receive a Golden Visa with the assistance of My Business Consulting DMCC. In the hands of our competent and caring team, all is possible. UAE Retirement Visa was another new service we offered to our customers in 2021.

Our team had the pleasure of working with clients from 122 countries last year. Investors from the USA, China, UK, Germany, and Russia have sought our professional help in opening companies as well as further professional support.

Among the top 5 destinations, we highlight the following:

• Russia grew by 9% over the same period;
• The flow of investors from the United Kingdom increased by 16%;
• There was a 14% increase in client portfolio in the USA;
• Kazakhstan, a 12% increase in the flow of foreign investment;
• India with a 10% increase in 2021.

Furthermore, a 25% increase in Government-owned and Publicly-listed companies among our clients is another achievement we are proud to share.

Last year we welcomed 25% more team members than the previous year. We are thrilled to be able to add more to our team and train them in the extraordinary way of My Business Consulting DMCC.

We embarked on some challenging projects at exciting events held by American University Dubai and Synergy University and Synergy Business School. We shared our expertise in startups management and doing business in the UAE. This was a huge privilege for us and an amazing opportunity to share our skills with the world.

Cheers to our HR department which helped us to stay connected to the business and always be ready to meet our clients’ needs:

• 69 internal and external training were held for our team members;
• We’ve received and refreshed certifications like “AML Certification” from Thomson Reuters and “ISACA – Certified Information’s Systems Auditor”;
• Svetlana Kursheva, our Senior Corporate Services Manager graduated from the University of Liverpool as “Master of Laws”;
• Alaina Concepcion, the COO of My Business Consulting DMCC, received certification from Philippines Business School;
• We’ve delegated our team members to such valuable business events as EXPO-2020, Gulf Food 2021, Investpro 2021, Crypto Expo, Eurasian Business Forum, and 8 others;
• We were very proud to partner with DMCC on the occasion Golden Jubilee of the United Arab Emirates celebration being the sponsor of the grand prize;
• We’ve held 8 amazing team-building

In 2021 our blogs and publications saw 25% more views and we’ve gained almost 2,500 new followers on our social media and re-launched our Instagram account.

We combined efforts of social media exposure, impressive PPC & remarketing campaigns, timely website management & valuable content creation to bring the voice of My Business Consulting to the world:

• Over 2 mln online users across 40 countries saw our content in 2021;
• 96% organic growth saw our LinkedIn followers’ base;
• By 32% increased our Instagram reach;
• 26 new videos were created.

We are looking forward to what lies ahead in 2022. Our ambitions for the coming year are limitless as we are planning to stay on top of innovation and digitalization and reach the following targets:

• To get a new Mainland office of My Business Consulting DMCC in Dubai;
• Expand our business globally and open branch offices in Switzerland and India;
• Launch new products, specifically for Mainland Companies and Second Citizenship;
• Increase of no. of employees by 20%;
• Diversify our business by partnering with authorities, banks & legal entities all around the world.
