6 Months Free Promotion
- The promotion applies exclusively to new 2-year zero visa license applications submitted between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026.
- The promotion is provided as a discount equivalent to AED 6,400, effectively granting 6 months free on a 2-year zero visa license.
- Clients enrolled under the promotion are eligible to participate in the Visa For Life (VFL) Program, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- Upon completion of the initial 2-year license term, clients must renew for an additional 2-year zero visa license to continue benefiting from the promotion for a total of 4 years. Single-year renewals are not eligible.
- License upgrades may be requested at any time during the 4-year promotion period, subject to applicable upgrade fees and licensing requirements.
- The promotion remains valid for a maximum total duration of 4 years, provided all eligibility, renewal, and upgrade requirements are met.
General Offer Terms
- The price list applies to all new IFZA business licenses and the next three renewals (4 years).
- Clients may secure the offer with a “Lock & Secure” down payment of AED 5,000 and complete company formation by 30 September 2026.
- The Upgrade Amendment Fee Waiver applies only to upgrades and remains valid throughout the lifetime of the new license.
- General Trading Activity and Cross-Business Activity fees are waived for new licenses and the following three renewals (4 years).
- All multi-year business license packages are issued with one-year validity, together with a multi-year confirmation letter and automatic renewal.

FlexiDesks are available during business hours only, require prior booking, and are subject to availability.
- The Free UAE Residence Visa applies to all new business license packages with 1 or more visa allocations and covers the standard visa issuance and renewal fee (AED 3,750). Any future government fee increases or changes to visa validity remain the client’s responsibility.
- The promotion does not cover:
- Company Establishment Card fees or renewals
- Visa status changes
- Investor or Partner title fees
- VIP services
- Visa For Life transfers
- Medical examinations
- Emirates ID registration fees
- The free visa is non-transferable once the application has been submitted. If the initial applicant is rejected, an alternative applicant may be nominated at the client’s expense. The promotion will then apply only from the renewal term, while the initial visa issuance fee remains payable.
- If the free visa expires while the holder is outside the UAE, or is cancelled during re-entry within the final six months before expiry, the holder may reapply under the promotion. Any cancellation fees remain the client’s responsibility. In all other cases, visa reapplication costs are borne by the client.
