The year of 2019 has just been conquered and a glorious 2020 is coming into force. I want to take this moment to reflect on 2019 and look forward to 2020.
First and foremost, I would like to thank you, our cherished Clients, for your loyalty and for allowing us to serve you. We truly appreciate your business and are grateful for your trust.
I would like to express gratitude to our Partners for all the work and support we get from you, and to extend my appreciation to the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC, for your dedication and extraordinary work ethic in 2019.
On behalf of My Business Consulting DMCC I express special appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE & Ruler of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for enriching the UAE with their innovative vision, exceptional initiatives and making this country a great place to live and build the business.
Main Company Achievements in 2019
Looking back on our path, 2019 was my first year as CEO of My Business Consulting DMCC and it would be no exaggeration to call this year one of the most exciting years of my life. I’ve met an amazing team of dedicated, and highly professional people whom I consider part of my family!
We’ve gone through extraordinary developments, extensive company growth, launchings of new services, which became possible due to the hard work of the whole team and the expertise I have brought to the company in spheres of international real estate and financial investments while working in my Switzerland and Dubai offices. All this eventually increased the total number of our Clients by 73% and led to 40% revenue growth.
In 2019 My Business Consulting DMCC witnessed the second significant expansion of the company since 2015. We acquired our third office in Dubai, JLT, Indigo tower: Indigo tower, completely dedicated to operations and finance professionals in order to cater to the growing demand in the market for business setup and financial services. To serve our Clients on the best level possible our team also grew by 69%. By onboarding new, outstanding specialists we have driven the implementation of ambitious project management policies which allowed us to optimize the service delivery timeframe and increase our client satisfaction.
Our marketing team also excelled in 2019 by reaching over 5 million online users from 46 countries, which means a 150% increase from the previous year, while promoting the United Arab Emirates as the best place for foreign investors to set up their businesses.
This continued success of My Business Consulting DMCC in 2019 was recognized by five awards:
- Top Performing Consultant Award from the World’s #1 Free Trade Zone DMCC third year in a row,
- Best DMCC Promoter Award from DMCC Free Zone Authority,
- Star of Business Leadership Award 2019 from SME10X,
- Best of 2019 Professional Services to the Businesses from Alleem Achievers Awards
- Top 50 Marketing & Advertising Leaders from MADcon: The Global Marketing Summit
The achievement most dear to my heart is the way we at My Business Consulting DMCC celebrated its 10th anniversary. To honor these 10 years of exceptional growth, partnerships, and trust, all team members of My Business Consulting DMCC have aligned their forces to celebrate the World Children’s Day, in a very special way: donating hundreds of student kits, backpacks, books, clothes, and toys to orphan houses in Bulgaria, India, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Sri-Lanka, Turkey, and Uganda.
New Services & Products
2019 was a very fruitful year for us. We introduced new services, published two e-books for business owners and produced reams of very practical educational content.
In answer to a high demand from our Clients we’ve launched Assistance in Obtaining Second Citizenship – a package where we provide full support to foreign investors in obtaining second citizenship in return for investment in Vanuatu, St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Grenada, or St. Lucia. Freedom of travel, ease of doing business in over 120 European countries, and securing a future for families are the major reasons why this service is so popular among our Clients. We hope that in 2020 many more entrepreneurs will take advantage of the benefits of second citizenship.
We are also extremely proud of two 100% practical guides “Accounts, Compliance and Internal Control” aimed to assist UAE entrepreneurs get full command of UAE Corporate and Tax Laws as well as teach them how to lead accounting in UAE without hiring expensive, in-house professionals. We are proud of these e-books as they are an innovative break-through, and offer unique, practical guidance for any entrepreneur establishing a business in the UAE.
The New Corporate Profile of My Business Consulting DMCC also gained recognition among our new Clients, and we’ve received generous feedback regarding our report, “Dubai Market Trends – Where to Invest in 2019”. This was created to aid entrepreneurs in discovering the ideal niche as well as the most advantageous Emirate for their UAE businesses. New Partnerships
2019 was also productive in terms of expanding our network of partners and strengthening cooperation with existing ones. One of our accomplishments is the agreement with two leading UAE Free Zones – Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and Sharjah International Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) – which makes us an Appointed Registered Agent and empowers us to represent them in verifying signature and documents of Clients on behalf of the authority. This agreement sets us apart as a reliable, knowledgeable partner to these Free Zones which we hope will be the case for many years to come.
Despite the radically extended requirements of all banks in the UAE to open any type of bank account in the UAE in 2019, our bank account opening success rate reached 96% which offers the best chance of success available. This success rate became possible due to our ongoing collaboration with the top UAE Banks, a thorough command of UAE Laws and requirements for opening a bank account.
Of course, these excellent results are only possible due to the hard work and investment of each team member at My Business Consulting DMCC, and the core values of unity, dedication, and a hyper-personalized approach towards our Clientele is what we share within the team. It’s through the collective effort that we make the greatest difference.
What will 2020 bring?
We will continue in our mission to help foreign investors set up and grow businesses in the UAE as well as pursuing efforts to maximize efficiency within our departments. My Business Consulting DMCC is preparing more services to be introduced, as well as service packages to be optimized for our clients’ needs. The team is continuously working to expand our network of partners, establish fruitful relationships with new UAE Free Zones, and become the better version of ourselves every single day.
I believe that success is never an individual endeavor. Only with the support of the whole team, following the same vision of optimism, dedication, and respect can we create and reach the highest business aims.
