3. Miscellaneous Documents

Establishment Card is a necessary document to enable the company to register in the Residency Department. If the company would like to appoint a PRO to represent them for visa purposes in JAFZA, a Power of Attorney signed either by Manager or Shareholder will be required.

4. Residence Visa in JAFZA (valid for 3 years)

The cost of each visa varies depending on the status of an applicant’s current location, whether application is taking place inside or outside the UAE. Amendment of visa can be done only if the applicant has canceled his previous Residence Visa or is transferring within JAFZA. Employment Visa Guarantee Deposit is required in JAFZA and is calculated as 1.5 x Basic Salary + One-way Ticket Airfare per Visa.
In the case, if at the moment of the application you are in the UAE, by choosing the Employment Visa Application inside the Country with Local amendment you can easily stay in the country, and enjoy the hassle-free process. There will be no need to exit the UAE for the Visa Status Change process.
