Entry Permit
An Entry Permit is a momentary visa given to enter the country. The application can be submitted both outside & inside the country.
Employment Agreement - applicable for employment visa
Due to recent changes in policy, the UAE now requires electronic applications. Employment contracts are only available through the authorities to which the application is submitted. Employer and employee signatures are required for the application to go through.
Visa Status Change
This is valid for internal applicants who are not required to leave the country.
Obtaining Fitness Certificate
In order to proceed, it is required to apply for a medical test. It is mandatory for the applicant to visit a Medical Fitness Center after completing the typing process. Upon passing the medical test, the applicant can obtain a Fitness Certificate.
Emirates ID application
Obtaining an Emirates ID is a process that involves online submission of an application to the appropriate typing center. After submitting the relevant documents, applicants need to visit the Emirates ID department offices. This is to undergo a biometric procedure that includes fingerprint and eye recognition.
Medical Health Insurance Certificate
All UAE residents must have medical insurance. A licensed insurance company is therefore essential for the applicant.
Residence Visa Stamping
You don’t need to carry any documents at this point, as all the required documents are already in the Immigration’s system. Applicants are not recommended to book any flight until they receive official confirmation of UAE residence visa stamping.
Emirates ID collection
The Emirates ID card can only be obtained after the applicant has completed the previous steps. After receiving official confirmation from Immigration, the EID Authority issues the ID.
