You need to know these things before you apply for a Dependent / Family Visa in the UAE:
To apply for a dependent visa, the sponsor needs to process their visa and get an Emirates ID. Before applying, the sponsor needs to process all the documents
Sponsored family members under 18 must pass a medical fitness test at an approved medical center in the UAE. Individuals who aren’t medically fit won’t get visas

If the individual has a valid residency permit, owns a UAE-registered company, is legally employed or self-employed in the UAE, he or she can become a sponsor and apply for a dependent / family visa.
Basic requirements are:
The sponsor must have a salary of AED 4,000 (males) or AED 10,000 (females) and own or rent a residential property in the UAE
Valid Investor / Partner Visa, or Property Investor Visa, and own or rent a residential property in the UAE
Valid Golden Visa and own or rent a residential property in the UAE
Valid Retirement Visa and own or rent a residential property in the UAE
